§  May be further reclassified by LGU



WHO HAS THE POWER TO CLASSIFY LANDS?

·         Executive Brach – President thru DENR can classify the lands into forest, mineral, national parks, and agricultural lands

·         Agricultural lands may be further classified by law (Congress) according to uses

·         Congress shall determine, by law, the specific limits of forest lands and national parks
